HOW I GOT HERE.

I was just treading water, barely keeping my head above the surface and burning out fast.

Despite checking all the boxes—career milestones, meaningful relationships, using retinol—there was an aching void where fulfillment and freedom were supposed to be.

This inexplicable disconnect truly wore me down to my breaking point. I felt hopeless, trapped in a prison of my own making, my unhealed trauma chaining me to a version of life I didn’t choose.

What am I missing? Why can’t I get my shit together? Is this just… life?

I felt like a hollow shell of the person I knew I could be.

Then one very average, sunny, weekday in LA, I went to a Reiki class on a whim.

I left feeling high as a kite: clear-headed, giddy, energized, and excitedly spooked by what had just happened.

Quick Question: WTF was that?

That one encounter opened the floodgates to a world of exploration and discovery. And, true to my hyperfixated Gemini nature, Reiki became my overnight obsession—and it changed everything.

I realized I hadn’t been giving the subtle energy in my body the attention it so desperately needed. Even though I was doing all “the work,” it was just as skin-deep as it felt—because I needed more.

And I know I’m not the only one.

That’s what led me here. I discovered there is more—a deeper kind of healing that went right to the root, unlocking what had been buried and bound for far too long and bridging the gap between everything I was doing and the results I wasn’t seeing.

Energy work has been the single most transformative tool I’ve added into my wellness journey—redefining how I heal and who I am.

It has helped me to resolve trauma, untangle limiting beliefs, and embody my most authentic self in the most gentle and profound way. I want everyone to experience this liberation—so you too can step into your highest expression.
